Welcome to GPS-Photo Link

GPS-Photo Link is software that maps your photos. There are two series of software.

GPS-Photo Link: GIS Pro is designed for users who plan to use the software in professional mapping applications like ESRI's ArcGIS. This version also includes advanced features like a variety of datum including State Plane and more advanced heading and distance features. GPS-Photo Link: Express is for users who need to document where their photos were taken but who do not use professional mapping software.

Please select the type of help you need from the menu below:

Activation/ Registration - How to activate your GPS-Photo Link license. (Same for both versions)

Transfer your License - Use your license on another computer. (Same for both versions)

Express Series - Help using GPS-Photo Link Standard Edition including information about camera and GPS requirements and set-up.

GIS Pro Series- Help using GPS-Photo Link Ricoh Edition including help with Ricoh camera, GPS and Compass modules. This edition includes all the features of the Standard Edition so that you can use either the Ricoh camera or any other camera. If you are using a camera that does not connect to a GPS in the field, reference the Standard Edition help for assistance.

Hardware Set-Up: Both series work with GPS enabled cameras like the Ricoh 500SE, Nikon P6000 the iPhone 3G. Both can also work using seperate camera and GPS devices including Trimble or Garmin GPS units. The following links provide a desription of how to work with each type of system.

Ricoh 500SE - Help with Ricoh 500SE Camera - including help with Ricoh camera, GPS and Compass modules and help connecting the Ricoh to other devices.

Trimble - Help connecting to the Ricoh camera via Bluetooth and help importing from Pathfinder Office.

Standard - Help setting up your own seperate camera and GPS devices to use GPS-Photo Link (either series). Read Camera Requirements and GPS Requirements.
