Returns
If you receive a product that is defective in any way, please contact us as soon as possible.  Please return defective products (not including the Ricoh camera) to GeoSpatial Experts within 30 days to avoid being invoiced at list price. Items should be returned in their original packaging with all materials (cables, manuals, etc.) included Item returned for other reasons (items that are not defective) are subject to a restocking fee.

PLEASE NOTE: Customers shall be responsible for all costs associated with repairing any damage to products when attempting to modify or fix a problem with that product. The most common example of this kind of damage occurs when customers attempt to detach or attach a GPS module to a Ricoh 500SE camera. If you experience problems with your GPS module please contact our office before attempting to remove or adjust the module on the camera.

All repairs to the Ricoh camera (both returns and warranty work) should be sent directly to C.R.I.S. camera repair.

Shipping
With the exception of GSA orders, all orders are FOB Origin meaning the buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges. GPS-Photo Link Software may be purchased, downloaded and unlocked online with no shipping charges. Manuals for the software are also available online. If customers would like a physical copy of the software on CD with a printed manual, it will be shipped by US Mail unless another method is requested.  Most other products purchased from GeoSpatial Experts are shipped using Fed Ex ground service unless otherwise requested by customer. These shipments are insured for the replacement value.

Product Warranty Information
All products resold by GeoSpatial Experts are covered by the terms and conditions associated with those products. In general, product warranties do not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, dirt, water, battery leakage, tampering, servicing performed or attempted by an unauthorized service agency.

GeoSpatial Experts shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages or loss, damage or expense directly or indirectly arising from customer’s use of or inability to use the equipment/software either separately, in combination with other equipment/software, or for personal injury or loss or destruction of other property, or from any other cause.
