Product Return Policy

Please return defective products (not including the Ricoh camera) to GeoSpatial Experts within 30 days to avoid being invoiced at list price. Items should be returned in their original packaging with all materials (cables, manuals, etc.) included Item returned for other reasons (items that are not defective) are subject to a restocking fee.

All repairs to the Ricoh camera (both returns and warranty work) should be sent directly to C.R.I.S. camera repair.
