Guarantee
At GeoSpatial Experts (GSE), we want to insure that customers are satisfied with our software products. Customers can try a free trial of GeoJot+ or GPS-Photo Link+ for 15 days before purchasing.
Technical Support
Email support is available for free to all GeoJot+ and GPS-Photo Link+ users. GSE strives to provide response to all email support issues within 24 business hours. Please click here for technical support. Phone support is free with an Enterprise license of GeoJot+. Non-enterprise customers can purchase an annual support package for unlimited phone support for $500 per year. Customers can also purchase per incident phone support at $50 per incident (waved if it is a bug).
Documentation
Context sensitive help is available with all GSE software products. Additional support can be found on the GSE website including: help videos, FAQs, online help, and tips & tricks. Users can also join the GSE users forum to exchange ideas with other GSE users.
Training
Training is available from GSE and many GSE resellers. Please contact GSE or your GSE reseller for current training pricing and schedules.
Software Upgrades
All major and minor software releases are included in the users annual subscription to GeoJot+ and GPS-Photo Link+. Users with a perpetual license of GPS-Photo Link+ will receive free updates for the first year after the initial purchase. After the first year, users will need to purchase a maintenance agreement for the perpetual license to continue receiving upgrades to the software.
